This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to finalize the demarcation proceedings of the petitioner’s said land, in furtherance of the applications dated 18.08.2025 (Annexuer-P/3) & 05.06.2026 (Annexure-P/4) within stipulated time, preferably within a period of one week in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 allow the applications / representations filed by the petitioner (Annexure-P/6) in accordance with law, int eh interest of justice. 10.4 That, any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has filed application dated 18.08.2025 before the Tehsildar, Durg (C.G.) for demarcation of his land bearing Khasra No.317/1 (new No.566/1, 566/2), admeasuring 1.214 hectare, Halka No.81, Tehsil and District Durg (C.G.), which is pending consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since application was filed way back on 18.08.2025 after depositing the requisite fees, however, it has not been decided till date, therefore, he prays for a direction issued to the concerned Tehsildar to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection with regard to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Tehsildar to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, after rainy season, preferably, in the month of October, 2026. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Interlocutory application(s), pending if any, also stands disposed of.
