No.5810 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. 4.
