Petitioner’s grievance is that his representation dated 10.07.2026 (Annexure P-3), seeking applicability of Sunder Singh Vs. State of H.P. and Ors2. and Balo Devi & others Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others.3 has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. 3.
