Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 6776 of 2026, titled as Ajay Kumar Badrel vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & another. 2. On 23.09.2026, this Court had directed learned Additional Advocate General to have instruction in the matter. Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 16472 of 2026, titled as Ajay Kumar Badrel vs. State of H.P. & another, decided on 22.09.2026, whereby it has been observed that the petitioner’s representation seeking transfer from Mandi to Shimla has been favourably considered by the Department and he has accordingly been posted at Shimla in the Directorate, with an 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- assurance that he will not be disturbed before the completion of normal tenure. 3. Since this Court had directed the respondent to decide the representation and the same has been decided by the respondent, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is closed.
