Order 3 (Group/Reconciliation Matters): "During the hearing of these cases, this Court observed that, without prejudice to the respective contentions of the parties, can't an endeavor be made by the parties to sit together to find some amicable settlement of the issue which is pending adjudication before this Court? Learned Additional Advocate General and Counsel for the contractor submit that they are not averse. Accordingly, learned Additional Advocate General is directed to get in touch with the highest officer of the department and make an endeavor to settle the matter once and for all, if possible. As three weeks' time has been requested by the learned Additional Advocate General to do the needful, as requested, these cases are ordered to be listed on 30th October 2026."
