The victim has supported the allegation in her statement recorded under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and victim is yet to be examined. She is just 14 years of age.
5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the direct allegation made against the petitioner supported by the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 coupled with the fact that the victim is still to be examined, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected.
