Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 23.09.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 1 and copy of office order dated 10.09.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, Distt. Mandi (H.P.), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 10.09.2026 reveals that the respondents have preferred an 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 appeal bearing LPA No.2 of 2025 against the judgment passed in CWP No.3280 of 2022, titled, Surinder Kumar & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & another alongwith connected matters, on the basis of which the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of and in view of the above, the claim of the petitioner has not been adjudicated at this stage. 3. This Court while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide her representation in light of the judgment referred above within a period of six weeks. 4. Since the respondents have now decided the representation made by the petitioner, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 31.12.2025, passed in CWP No.20849 of 2025, titled, Dromati Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition. 5. Accordingly, the present execution petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate recourse, if she is aggrieved by the order dated 3 10.09.2026 passed by the respondents.
