Cr.MP No. 4131 of 2026 It has been submitted that amount of ₹6,00,000/- has been mentioned in para-5 of the judgment passed by this Court on 25.8.2026. This is an error because an amount of ₹1,75,000/- was deposited with learned Trial Court. Since it is purely a clerical error, therefore, the same is ordered to be corrected and an amount of ₹6,00,000/-, mentioned in para-5 of the judgment be corrected as ₹1,75,000/-. Necessary correction be made in the judgment. It has been submitted on behalf of the respondent that the money was not remitted to the account of respondent/complainant. Learned Trial Court will ensure that an amount of ₹1,75,000/- be remitted to the bank account of the respondent/complainant along with up to date interest expeditiously on furnishing of bank account details, if not furnished earlier.
