In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on self- medical ground had been rejected sometime in 2022. The petitioner’s disease, relating to renal failure is a listed disease under Rule 4(a) of the West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer, Transfer on Special Ground and Reallocation) Rules, 2015. 4. Since a long period of time has elapsed since 2022, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application 2 with the school authorities seeking transfer. The petitioner will make the application with all requisite medical certificates, which will be considered by the concerned DMOH in accordance with law. 5. The school authorities will deal with such application as expeditiously as possible and if found eligible, will forward the application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), who shall take all consequential steps as per the prevailing Rule. 6. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode. 7. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
