This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 159 of 2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamui, arising out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 602 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 109, 126(2), and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to move before the learned Court below by filing an application for cancellation of bail on the grounds mentioned in the present Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30174 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 application. 4. Permission, as prayed, is granted. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Court below itself for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. No. 2 on the ground mentioned in the present application. 6.
