Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and on his instruction, Mr. Anup Rattan, learned Advocate General, also appeared on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representation with regard to the issue raised in the petition, but the same has not been decided by the Authority concerned till date. 2. This petition, accordingly, as prayed for, is disposed of with the direction that let representation of the petitioners be decided, in the light of the averments made therein as well as the judgment being relied upon by the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks by the Competent Authority.
