This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation of delay of 7 days in preferring the connected writ appeal against the judgment dated 11.06.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) 3115/2025 and other writ petition. We have heard Mr. S.B. Laskar, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondents. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants for condoning the delay of 7 days in preferring the connected appeal.
