GP FOR SERVICES I 3 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not allotting employee CFMS ID through NIDHI Portal for sanction and releasing the pay and allowances (salary) and other benefits to the petitioner even though the petitioner discharging her duties as Public Health Worker on Compassionate Grounds from 23.01.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner was appointed by the 5threspondent vide orders dated 22.01.2025 and since then the petitioner discharging her duties as Public Health Worker. Despite the requests made by the petitioner, the 4threspondent has not considered and not allotted the CFMS ID and in view of the said action the 5th respondent is not able to pay the salaries to the petitioners. 4. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4threspondent to consider the correspondence made by the 5th respondent dated 09.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date 4 of receipt of this order. It is needless to mention that the 4threspondent may not take any objection with regard to petitioner on the ground that she is a married daughter because the identical issue has been considered by the Division Bench of this Court and held that the petitioner therein/ married daughter is also entitled for compassionate appointment. There shall be no order as to costs.
