At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent places on record a communication dated 15.03.2023 issued by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, wherein it has been clarified that the advertisement dated 02.12.2021 has not been cancelled. It is further stated therein that, in view of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in WPS No.7183 of 2021 and connected matters, the Commission has requested the State Government to furnish a revised requisition in accordance with the said judgment so that the selection process may be proceeded with. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with 3 liberty to approach appropriate forum. 3.
