In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply for obtaining benefit under ROPA 2019. 6. If such application is made, the same shall be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 2 7.
