Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records. 2. The husband of the petitioner died in harness on November 9, 2016. The petitioner has received the terminal dues under ROPA 2009. 3. Submission is that benefit ought to be given under ROPA 2019. 4. A representation is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur. 5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply for obtaining benefit under ROPA 2019. 6. If such application is made, the same shall be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 2 7. If the grievance of the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary remedial steps shall be taken. 8.
