A perusal of the paper book would show that against the impugned order dated 31.10.2025, a Review Application was filed which was dismissed in default on 01.12.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an application for restoration of the Review Application, in accordance with law.
