This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondent’s for its kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly quash / set aside the impugned order dated 06.03.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 vide पत्र क्र./1245/ई - गवर्नें स /ई – डि स्ट्रिक्ट/2025 or decide the representation/letter acknowledge on dated 01.04.2026 and 02.04.2026 by the respondent No.2 and 5 within stipulated period of time. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pass transfer order from Tehsil Pendra, District – GPM to any Lok Sewa Kendra which is situated in Tehsil and District Bilaspur (C.G.). 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court may deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner for mental trauma and agony.” 3. Considering the factual aspect of the matter, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned Collector to consider the application of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order in this case, looking to the grievance of the petitioner. Further, petitioner is directed to approach before the concerned Collector along with copy of this order and in turn concerned Collector is directed to 3 decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from today. 4.
