The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on a secret information, a raid was conducted and police recovered laptops, finger print machines and several other forged documents from the computer shop of co-accused Moammar Alam who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of his accomplice. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail Patna High Court CR. MISC.
