Following order was passed in this petition on 15/9/2023:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 20.04.2026, however, the same do not answer the grievance of the petitioner with respect to release of the arrears admissible to him under the consideration order and the time schedule thereof. Learned Deputy Advocate General prays for and is allowed a week’s further time to place on record instructions. It is made clear that the aforesaid shall be the final opportunity for the purpose. List on 25.09.2026.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 23.09.2026, relevant portion of which reads as under: 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 “It is further submitted in pursuance of the Finance Department's instructions dated 17-05-2025, regarding release of arrear in favour of the petitioner, and provision of additional funds for Expenditure on Court orders under charged expenditure, the matter was taken up with the Additional Chief Secretary -cum-F.C.(Revenue) to the Government of H.P vide office letter No.38 dated 02-04-2026. Further, upon availability of funds under charged Expenditure, arrears of salary amounting to Rs. 2,79,856/- (Two Lac Seventy Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Six only) have already been paid to the petitioner vide Bill No. 100461 dated 19-08-2026 (Photocopy enclosed).” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition has now been redressed. In view of above, this petition to stand disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
