2. It is grievance of the petitioner that the name and area has been incorrectly recorded in the Online record maintained by the State in respect of the land situated at Mouza Malshiring, Thana No.16, Khata No.96, particularly in respect of Plot Nos.1522 and 575.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is already represented before the respondents, but no action has yet been taken.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if the matter is pending, the same will be disposed of.
5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Kanke along with all the documents within four weeks. The Circle Officer, in turn will consider the same and will dispose of the same and will take appropriate steps within a period of eight weeks thereafter. He will communicate his final order to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
