ORDER: The petitioner is challenging the action of the police in calling him to the police station at the behest of Respondent No. 6. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Respondent No. 6 lodged a complaint through the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS), vide Complaint No. ELR202512222052 dated 17.01.2026, alleging illegal activities on the part of the petitioner. Pursuant to the said complaint, the police called the petitioner for enquiry. However, after a thorough enquiry, the police found that there is a civil dispute between the parties; accordingly, the said PGRS complaint was closed. 3. Taking note of the written instructions of the respondent authorities, the instant writ petition is disposed of. 4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
