JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12058-DB WP No. 1658 of 2025 Bangalore to dispose of the Complaint No.148/2020 at Annexure-B on its file within a time frame.. b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the respondent to place the petitioner in possession of the schedule flat, c) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Honourable Commission to dispose of the application filed on 07.08.23 under section 151 of the code of civil procedure at Annexure E as an interim measure. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was posted for orders and is pending since more than a year etc. Therefore, learned counsel prays for a direction to the State Commission to dispose off the matter expeditiously. 3. In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12058-DB WP No. 1658 of 2025 dispose off the Complaint No.148/2020 within a period of three months.
