Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction of like nature, quashing and setting aside the Final Order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 4051 of 2023; B. Pass an order allowing the O.A. No. 4051 of2023 in terms of reliefs prayed therein; This is a digitally signed order. The learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that UPSC had no jurisdiction to recall the recommendations, which had already been made. 5. On being queried by this Court, the learned counsel admitted that this aspect has not been examined by the learned Tribunal, although he claims that this issue was taken up at the time of arguments. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, learned counsel representing the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition, in order to file review of the impugned order before the learned Tribunal. 7.
