The petitioner has filed CRMP No.1200/2023 with the following prayer:- “I. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce entire records pertaining to the instant case. II. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR No. 257/2015 registered at P.S. Torwa, District Bilaspur (C.G.)and all the subsequent proceedings including the charge-sheet and the Sp. Cr. Case 03/2022, pending before Special Judge, Protection of Depositors Interest Act of 2005. so far as it relates to the petitioner. III. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR and the Charge-sheet. IV. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) as it may deem fit.” 3. The petitioner has filed CRMP No.1018/2023 with the following prayer:- 3 “I. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities produce entire records to pertaining to the instant case. II. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR No. 152/2017 dated 23.05.2017 registered with PS: Baikunthpur, Koriya (C.G) and all the subsequent proceedings including charge-sheet по. 127/2022 dated 16.05.2022 and Special Criminal Case 03/2022 pending before Speical Judge (Protection of Depositors Interest Act), Baikunthpur District Koriya (C.G) so far as it relates to the petitioner, since it is contrary to Article 20 of the Constitution of India. III. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased restrain the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR and the Charge- sheet. IV. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) as it may deem fit.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has died and as such, the present petitions have become infructuous. 5.
