In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 02.03.2026, after putting the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 on notice and after affording opportunity of hearing to all the rival parties and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 02.03.2026 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
