Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed in CWP No. 5822 of 2026, dated 11.05.2026. 2. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of the office order dated 24.09.2026, whereby, after considering the case of the petitioner, the same has been allowed. As per the office order, it has been observed that the DDO concerned shall fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears as per the Finance Department instructions from time to time, with the condition that in case the outcome of the LPA comes in favour Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- of the Department, the petitioner shall be liable to refund the entire amount along with up-to-date interest to the Department. 3.
