1. The present criminal appeal for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed showing apprehension in view of the pendency of the Complaint Case No. 613 of 2020 before learned Additional Sessions Judge I-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Koderma.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the matter has already been settled by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Om Prakash Chhawnika @ Om Prakash Chabnika @ Om Prakash Chawnika Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Anr reported in 2026 SCC Online SC 676.
3. In that view of the matter, the present appeal is, hereby, disposed of as not maintainable.
4. However, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
