(Ser.B) Department, dated 12-03-2024, and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the eligible list and consider her case for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant in accordance with law, on a condition to acquire CPT within one year and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to pass an interim order directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant (Zonal Cadre) with a condition to pass the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) at this stage, and grant her promotion, subject to the condition that she shall pass the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) within a period of one year from the date of such promotion, pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
