An application for condonation of delay in filing MCC has also been filed. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing MCC is condoned. 3. Ms. Sharma submits that this Court on 11/09/2025, while admitting the appeal, directed issuance of notice to respondents by paying P.F. within 10 working days failing which the appeal was directed to be dismissed without reference to the Bench. She submits that there was some delay in payment of P.F., thus, on account of non-compliance of the order dated 11/09/2025, the appeal was dismissed. She prays that the same may be restored to its original number. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made, the MCC is allowed. MAC No.1997/2025 is restored to its original number.
