Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Mr. Rahul Thakur and Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, learned counsel, appear and waive service of notice on behalf of the respondents in the respective matters. 2. Petitioners seek direction to the respondents to grant them the benefit of pay fixation after counting the approved military service rendered by them in Armed Forces. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already preferred representations to respondent No.1 on 05.06.2026 (Annexure P-5 in all these petitions) for claiming the above relief. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be content in case the respondents/competent authority(s) are directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a fixed time 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 4 schedule. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents are not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters, these writ petitions are disposed of with direction to respondent No.1/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
