1. Mr. Sourabh Sengupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits since the petitioner no.1 and opposite party no.2 had obtained divorce by mutual consent, they have decided to withdraw all the proceedings.

Learned counsel submits that as per instructions the petitioners want to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel further submits that it is a changed brief and notice sent to the earlier counsel could not be served and for this reason the department has not accepted the vokalatnama.
3. Let the vokalatnama and the commutation sent to the earlier counsel be taken on record.
4. In view of the submissions, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
