The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint submitted by the petitioner has not been registered and investigation completed. An endorsement dated 25.05.2026 has been issued stating that the offences are non-cognizable in nature. 3. If that be so, it would be for the petitioner to approach the next superior authority with the said request and even if the said superior authority were not to accept the request, the petitioner always has a remedy of filing a private criminal complaint.
