Petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.11.2025 [Annexure C-1], passed in Writ Petition No. 16530 of 2025, titled as Suresh Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others, whereby Respondents/Competent Authority was directed to consider and decide representation dated 01.08.2025 [Annexure P-4[, in accordance with law, after

taking into consideration the judgment in the case of Dhani Ram [as referred to in the said order].

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither representation has been decided nor any speaking order has been conveyed to him and even the benefits have not been released as yet.

Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondents.

At this stage, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, prays that the Respondents/Competent Authority may be
directed to implement the judgment, within a time bound manner.

Considering the prayer made by Learned Counsel for petitioner, this Court disposes of the instant petition by directing the Respondents/Competent Authority to implement the order dated 12.11.2025, within a period of six weeks positively, and the orders/decision taken on the representation, be conveyed to the petitioner [if not already conveyed].
