Ranjan Sharma, Judge: Petitioners have invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 28.10.2025 [Annexure C-1], passed in CWP No. 16664 of 2025, titled as Ramesh Kumar & others vs. State of H.P. & another, whereby, Respondents/Competent Authority was directed to consider and decide the representations of petitioners [Annexure P-3 annexed with the said petition], within twelve weeks. 2. Heard. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- 3. Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that since no decision on the representations has been conveyed and the Respondents/Competent Authority may be directed to implement the order dated 28.10.2025 [Annexure C-1], within a stipulated period. 5. Considering the above facts, the Respondents/ Competent Authority are directed to decide the representations [Annexure P-3], within a period of six weeks from today [If not already decided]. In case, the representations stand decided, the decision on the representations be conveyed to the petitioners within the same period.
