By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to make payment of outstanding payment of Rs. 48,29,322/- (Forty Eight Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand and Three Hundred Twenty Two Rupees only) in his favour. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the orders of the respondent authorities, he supplied and fitted the electrical equipment within Jagdalpur Division in the year 2019-22. The said works have duly been verified and certified by the respondent authorities and despite the said fact that outstanding dues have not been released and on account of said action, he is facing hefty financial difficulties. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the authorities shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and verify whether the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed or not and if the work done by the petitioner and the claim made by him is undisputed, the outstanding dues may be released. 5. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents. 6. Considering the submission made by the parties, the respondent No. 2 & 6 are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and verify whether the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed or not and if the work has been completed and the claim made by him is undisputed, the outstanding dues be released, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from today. 3 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
