Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 23.09.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001 and copy of office order dated 20.08.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (HP), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 20.08.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted the benefit of higher pay scale, subject to final outcome of LPA filed by the Department. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 26.08.2025, passed in CWP No.13689 of 2025, titled, Ram Krishan vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
