Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 2537 of 2026.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on account of the deceased being last seen with the petitioner and one Jagat Mahto and so far as Jagat Mahto is concerned, he has subsequently been granted bail in B.A. No. 1355 of 2026. Learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the co-accused Jagat Mahto.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with Gola PS Case No. 94 of 2025 (S.T. No. 84 of 2026).
