Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 23.09.2026 and copy of office order dated 22.09.2026, passed by the Director of Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 22.09.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted the benefit of counting his full approved military service toward civil pay fixation, from the date he joined regular civil employment. 3. Since the respondents have now passed the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 order, the petitioner is entitled to get the consequential benefits. 4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall pay the arrears to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today and in case the same are not paid to him, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
