1. Mr. Bapi Santra is present in court today in answer to the Rule.
2. As the Act VIII, Case No.49 of 2024 is pending before the learned District Judge, Nadia, Krishna Nagar, further direction for visitation shall be decided by the learned court. The arrangement made by this court appears to be unworkable in view of an incident which took place in the office of the learned advocate Mr. Sourav Bhattacharya.
3. It is submitted by Mr. Santra through Mr. Das, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor, that the child who is 11 years old is not comfortable in the learned advocate’s chamber and consequently the learned advocate has also been changed.

4. Under such circumstances, the visitation shall take place in the chamber of the learned District Judge before whom the matter is pending, on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month between 3 pm to 4 pm under the supervision of officials working under the learned District Judge, and this arrangement will continue till further orders are passed by the learned District Judge or the competent court, upon the parties applying for further orders of visitation. The learned District Judge will act on the basis of the communication of this order.
5. The Registry is directed to send down a copy of this order to the said District Judge.
6. Personal appearance of Mr. Santra is dispensed with.
7. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged.
8. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
