Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the grievance of the petitioner herein is to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue fresh Username and Password to the petitioner herein as per Annexure-H to the writ petition. 3. On careful consideration of the writ petition, it would indicate that there is a dispute between petitioner and respondent No.5 including the civil dispute as to the management of the affairs of the petitioner-Institution is concerned. In this regard, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner at Annexures-K1 to K4, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4. In the event if respondent Nos.1 to 4 require any further material from the petitioner, it is open for the - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18090 WP No. 16344 of 2024 respondents to seek such documents from the petitioner for the comprehensive consideration of the representations at Annexure-K series.
