Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the grievance of the petitioner herein is to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue fresh Username and Password to the petitioner herein as per Annexure-H to the writ petition. 3. On careful consideration of the writ petition, it would indicate that there is a dispute between petitioner and respondent No.5 including the civil dispute as to the management of the affairs of the petitioner-Institution is concerned. In this regard, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner at Annexures-K1 to K4, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
