Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the judgment rendered in Ghanshyam Dass & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 sought to be enforced by the petitioners, has been stayed vide order dated 17.08.2026 passed in LPA No.205 of 2025 (State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Vs. Chunni Lal) and connected matters. 3. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed.
