The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of order, dated 23.10.2024, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 11117/2024. 2
Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of communication, dated 18.09.2026, as addressed by the Director, School Education to the Secretary (Education) to the effect that the State had assailed the judgment, as passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court and the

same came to be adjudicated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, wherein four months’ time have been granted to the State to comply with the judgment in question.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the time being the instant petition can be closed with liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition in case their grievances still remain unaddressed. Ordered accordingly.

In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, however, with liberty, as aforesaid. The petition stands disposed of.
