None appears for either of the parties at the time of call. 2. Despite a previous direction, the defects have not been cured by the appellant. The matter was directed on May 11, 2026, to be listed under the heading “Lawazima for Final Orders” in the event of default, pursuant to which it is appearing today. 3. From the office report dated May 22, 2026, subsequent to our last direction, it transpires that the defects have not been cured by the appellant. 4. Accordingly, FAT No. 382 of 2025 is dismissed for non-compliance of the court’s order. 5. Consequentially, CAN 1 of 2026 stands dismissed as well. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 7.
