From a perusal of the record, it appears that the present revision suffers from various defects. Time was granted on 21.04.2023 and thereafter repeatedly by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. However, it appears that the applicant has taken no steps to cure these defects till date. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on account of the defects not having been removed. 5.
