Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of ad-interim mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to decide the MSME Application No. UDYAM-UP-54-0001685/S/00022 of 2025 (M/s Agrawal Gravure Private Limited Vs. U.P. Zonal Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council and another) under the provisions of Section 18 of Delayed Payment to MSE of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 pending before him expeditiously/within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the respondent no. 1 to consider and decide the aforesaid claim/arbitration proceeding of the petitioner in a time bound period. 4. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to look into and consider the aforesaid Application No. UDYAM-UP-54-0001685/S/00022 of 2025 (M/s Agrawal Gravure Private Limited Vs. U.P. Zonal Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council and another) and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
