The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024 corresponding to G. R. No. 797 of 2025. It has been alleged that there was exchange of firing between police personnel and being outmaneuvered, the extremist had fled away. On search of place of occurrence, arms and ammunitions and several incriminating materials were recovered. The petitioners appears to be in custody since 14.07.2025. Several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.2160 of 2025, B.A. No.4166 of 2025 and B.A. No.7463 of 2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Kunda P.S.
