Ranjan Sharma, Judge Petitioner has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 22.05.2026 [Annexure P-1], passed by this Court, in CWP No.7620 of 2026, titled as Amit Kumar Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, whereby, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the Competent Authority to decide the representation [Annexure P-4 annexed with the said writ petition], by way of a speaking order, within twelve weeks. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:41384 submits that the Respondents-Competent Authority has not decided the representation and no such speaking order has been passed and conveyed to the petitioner, as yet. 3. Heard. 4. Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. As prayed by Learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the instant petition, with a direction to the Respondents-Competent Authority to decide the representation in terms of the order dated 22.05.2026 [Annexure P-1], within four weeks, from today [if not already decided] and in case, the order has already been passed, a speaking order be conveyed to the petitioner, within the same time and notices issued to the respondents shall stand discharged, accordingly. 6.
