This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the State. However, nobody has entered appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2. 2. This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No.265 of 2022, which was dismissed for default on account of non- removal of defects in terms of order dated 15.02.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the defects could not be removed within time and primarily the defect was in connection with filing of the limitation petition. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no serious objection so far as prayer for restoration is concerned. 5. Considering the submissions made, the peremptory time for removal of defects granted by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2024 in Criminal Revision no.265 of 2024 is extended till 11.09.2026.
