(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 24.09.2026 issued under signature of Director (School Education), enclosing therewith communications dated 23.9.2026 addressed to Secretary (Education), Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in judgment sought to be executed has been complied with. He states that respondents, after having regularized the petitioners in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800 plus Rs. 3600 grade pay plus allowances from their initial appointment / joining date, have been granted arrears restricted to three years prior to the 2 petition's filing date. He states that first installment of Rs. 84,454/- and Rs. 87,160/- respectively, stand credited in the bank accounts of the petitioners. He states that remaining amount shall be paid expeditiously. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant execution petition and same is disposed of accordingly with direction to the respondents to ensure that balance payment is paid to the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, failing which petitioners would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
