It is grievance of the petitioner that the application of the petitioner is pending before the Circle Officer after remand by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Koderma in Mutation Appeal Case No.146/2025-26. He submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given the respondent to dispose of the mutation case of the petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the matter is pending, the same will be disposed of as per law. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Satgawan, Koderma along with all the documents within four weeks. The Circle Officer, in turn will consider the same and will dispose of the same and will take appropriate steps within a period of eight weeks thereafter. He will communicate his final order to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
